Suggestions & Complaints

Want to make a suggestion to the practice?

We have several digital mechanisms for patient feedback. This includes NHS Friends and Family Test, where patient receives an automated text message to provide their experience with the practice. Our online platform askmyGP allows you to put feedback after your request has been closed. Please ensure when using NHS FFT for feedback and if you wish practice to contact you , please leave your details. 

Your comments and suggestions are important to us, please send your complaints and suggestion by emailing on on gmicb-tr.managementntgp@nhs.net

If you are having problems in emailing us due to internet access or any other issues,  you can come to the practice and submit your suggestion or  complaint in writing. 

Alternatively, You can also contact the practice and ask for a manager to speak to you, to discuss your suggestions. The Manager may not be available at that moment but will schedule a call back.  

If you have a query regarding a medical matter please telephone reception to make an appointment to see the appropriate person.

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
